Job Description
Team: Marketing
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a E-commerce Manager based in the United States.
This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling direct-to-consumer environment, responsible for owning and optimizing the full e-commerce ecosystem across a high-growth digital brand. You will design scalable processes, enforce operational governance, and continuously improve workflows to support rapid growth. This is a highly cross-functional position where your impact will directly shape site performance, launch success, and overall customer experience.

- Coordinate cross-functional execution across marketing, development, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality releases.
- Manage Shopify-based systems and tools, including catalog structure, collections, tagging, apps, and automation workflows to ensure operational efficiency and consistency.
- Oversee project execution and team accountability, setting priorities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Define and monitor key operational KPIs such as site health, launch velocity, deployment accuracy, and workflow efficiency, providing actionable reporting to leadership.

- Strong hands-on experience managing a Shopify or Shopify Plus environment, including catalog structure, integrations, and operational workflows using platforms such as Shopify.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and coordinate distributed teams in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments.
- Experience with common e-commerce tools such as Klaviyo, subscription tools, upsell platforms, and analytics solutions like Triple Whale or similar reporting systems.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with a track record of driving operational excellence and execution consistency.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions.
- Comfort using modern AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, documentation, reporting, and operational decision-making.
- Competitive annual salary range: $90,000–$107,000 depending on experience
- Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
- 401(k) retirement plan with company matching
- Paid U.S. holidays and time off
- Employee discounts on products
