About the Role: 

The eCommerce Operations Intern will work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Merchant Operations teams to support daily audits of our eCommerce site and assist with the growth and development of Sezzle’s new eCommerce marketplace platform. The eCommerce Operations Intern will assist in all aspects of eCommerce operations, including importing and editing product details, reviewing our product mix for collection and buying opportunities, and evaluating the customer journey for conversion pain points.

Key Role Responsibilities: 

  • Complete daily audits of eCommerce sites and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with uploading and updating product details
  • Create product collections based on themes identified in the available product mix, upcoming holidays, etc.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify customer pain points and create potential solutions
  • Monitor and analyze performance and operational metrics and assist in solving and operational challenges

Minimum Requirements:

  • Sezzle internships are up to 30 hours a week (no more). We want you to have an amazing internship experience, learn new things, and enjoy student life! 
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of coursework completed (Junior)
  • Previous copywriting experience

Preferred Knowledge & Skills:

  • Preferred GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale
  • Previous experience using Shopify or another eCommerce platform
  • Previous experience in eCommerce retail
