Job Title: Ecommerce Sales Manager

We are looking for a passionate, highly organized, and sales-oriented individual who can help drive digital sales for our numerous brands like Martha Stewart, Babish, Sur La Table, Oster, Bloomhouse, and more. In this role, you will work directly with our VP of Ecommerce Sales on numerous projects, with a focus on product onboarding, content management, social media management, and digital advertising.

Responsibilities:

  1. Product Onboarding: Manage product onboarding and maintenance for various Ecommerce sites such as Shopify, WM.com, and others
  2. ITEM MAINTENCE: Identify ways to improve product listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant attributes.
  3. Digital Advertisement: Work directly with our VP of Ecommerce to monitor and optimize our digital ad strategy across numerous retailer's websites
  4. SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our ecommerce websites.
  5. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT: Work closely with the marketing team gather content and organize Social Media calendars to grow our brands' digital awareness and drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce and social media channel management, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management, with a focus on product onboarding, content marketing, and SEO optimization.
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce retailer portals and platforms such as Shopify
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing channels is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
