About Fuel

Fuel is building a high-performance blockchain operating system that provides high throughput without sacrificing decentralization or security. Our project is a full-stack solution that lets anyone deploy a Fuel chain using any configuration they would like (Rollup on Ethereum, Sovereign chain, Appchain, etc.). Currently, our focus is to launch an Ethereum rollup to help scale Ethereum beyond its current capacity.

Working at Fuel

Fuel is remote first and globally distributed, with English as our primary language for communication. We are looking for self-starters who are excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment. We do not require contributors to live in specific time zones, but much of the team lives and works in the European and US time zones. Contributors should expect to make themselves available as needed for scheduled team and company events.

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Ecosystem Growth Lead to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with the community. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive ecosystem growth strategy, proactively engaging with potential and existing partners, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our network.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully building and managing ecosystem growth in a Web3 project
• Deep understanding of the blockchain industry and its landscape
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong network of contacts within the community

Responsibilities

• Create a strategy aligned with Fuel Network’s objectives
• Proactively identify and engage with ecosystem partners
• Manage relationships with existing ecosystem partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication 
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and materials
• Analyse feedback and provide insights to the management team
• Contribute to the development and execution of communications towards the ecosystem
