Position Overview:
The EDI Support Specialist will implement and support straightforward file transfers, as well as receive, prioritize, and document third-party vendor file specifications.
Location: Remote
Reports To: Manager Programming Benefits
Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain team inboxes.
  • Configure and test straightforward file transfers, primarily to Spending Account (TPA) and COBRA providers.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to perform technical and non-technical support to high-volume Spending Account (TPA) and COBRA providers and customers.
  • Perform relationship support to prioritize and set timing expectations for customer projects.
Requirements:
  • Comfortable with client contact; strong customer service skills
  • Basic project management skills
  • Computer skills, including familiarity with web-based applications and MS Office programs required.
  • Work overtime as needed, especially during high volume periods

Preferred Skills:
  • Benefits experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Solid understanding of Excel preferred

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $33,280 - $48,213/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
