Email Deliverability Specialist

As the Email Deliverability Specialist, you will be responsible for the management, execution reporting, and recommendations, surrounding outbound, inbound, marketing, and transactional email deliverability. 

The goals of this role are to work with various departments to strategize and execute on concrete plans to increase email reputation. This person will partner with our technical support, sales teams, and marketing teams to ensure that emails hit the primary inbox. The role will report directly to the Director of Marketing Automation and Email.

• Investigate, diagnose, and solve email deliverability issues
• Assist with the email marketing and sales teams to reach the primary inbox and avoid SPAM and Promo folders
• Create and strategize projects centered on revitalizing dedicated IPs and domains
• Monitor, manage, and report on IP and domain health
• Provide best practices on warm and cold email marketing campaigns

• Understands email content best practices
• Experience with 3rd party deliverability monitoring tools such as Validity, Glockapps, or Mailreach
• Thorough understanding of email technology SMTP, IP, authentication, anti-spam technology
• Ability to work and communicate with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and strong communication skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of Email deliverability management experience
• 1 year of experience with outreach a plus
• 2+ years of experience with validity or an email reputation tool
• SaaS experience highly preferred
