We’re looking for a Email Marketing Manager with a strong strategic email life-cycle management and production technical acumen. You possess strong experience using MAP and CRM tools, and have the ability to learn and grow in this area of focus. This role will collaborate cross-organizationally to execute a variety of email promotional and nurture programs across the full lifecycle, from prospect to evangelist. This role will focus on marketing automation,  promotion of field events, webinars, and integrated campaigns, to drive and nurture existing leads and customers through the demand funnel to closed/won for new, renewal and cross sell/upsell opportunities. They will also be responsible for increasing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our campaigns through testing, analysis, and ongoing optimization while managing agencies and marketing technology vendors. This role will consistently work on complex, high-value assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to reach desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute digital lead generation and nurturing campaigns for events, trade shows, campaigns, launches, etc., focused on email marketing, webinars and paid digital media.
  • Manage campaign calendaring and coordinate execution with vendors.
  • Grow, clean, and segment contact databases to maximize campaign performance. Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
  • Oversee vendor in creating email campaign assets in MAP, including emails, forms, landing pages, etc.
  • Perform effective targeting and segmentation to support email campaigns (using CRM saved searches and MAP segmentation tools)
  • Help identify and resolve integration issues with adjacent systems (e.g. CRM and MAP).
  • Report on campaign, tactic, and asset performance.
  • Analyze and optimize email campaigns using multivariate or A/B testing to optimize performance. Leverage our lead scoring systems to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Evaluate, implement and manage marketing technology systems, working with internal ops 
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends Keep current on industry news, best practices, and trends as it pertains to marketing automation and lead management.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience; in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications preferred
  • B2B marketing experience, digital marketing experience preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in designing and executing automated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization
  • Experience managing webinars using platforms to that tie to CRM to ensure automated lead routing
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
  • Strong skills with Excel preferred
  • Must have the ability to learn and adapt to different technologies quickly and effectively
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers
  • Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once and complete tasks with an eye for detail
  • Work effectively as an individual and team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Eloqua Master Certification or equivalent preferred
  • Salesforce.com Certification or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working with Google Analytics preferred
  • Experience working with Splash a plus. #LI-TF1
