This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work.
Job Summary
The Email Marketing Project Manager will lead projects within the Email Marketing team focused on Journey and Partner Support. The Email Project Manager will assist with the overall coordination and creation of email support for partners as well as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) email journeys and triggered sends.
The Project Manager will also oversee the email intake process, as well as timelines and priority roadmaps. The Project Manager is a motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills, a passion for email, and a data-driven approach. They are flexible and demonstrate effective communication skills while partnering with multiple cross-functional teams. They ensure all projects are completed with consistency to the company strategy, commitment, and goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Campaign Team Support
- Ensure all email marketing assets are delivered by email agency as briefed
- Effectively communicate with the Brand Creative, external agency and internal H-D partner teams to create new email journeys as well as update existing
- Leverage problem-solving skills to ensure timeline and priority roadmaps are being met.
- Collaborate and provide support for department team members.
- Provide support for the Canada Region, Harley Owners Group, Harley-Davidson Riding Academy, Harley-Davidson Financial Services and H-D Museum teams, including overseeing the email intake process
- Project Management
- Overall team support for project tracking and organization.
- Assists with setup of journeys to ensure they are being deployed to the right customers at the right times, keeps documentation on functionality, and establishes baseline performance
- Co-owns email performance reporting and analytics in partnership with the agency
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Education Specifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience, with at least 2 in retail corporate atmosphere or agency preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams and external partners
- Organizational skills and a passion for email
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask and effectively work under tight deadlines on a regular basis and flexibility to work in an interactive environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
