Email Specialist Contractor

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and experienced expert in Email Marketer who has experience identifying key marketing trends, targeting segmented audiences, and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. The ideal expert for this contract role has e-commerce marketing experience, experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Google Analytics, and the ability to deliver on a high number of discrete marketing cadences developed collaboratively. 

This is a 90-day CONTRACT remote position. 

During the course of this contract, Contractor will be responsible for the following deliverables:

•  Create, build, refine, test, and deploy 120 marketing emails
• Build, test, and set live 15 flows
• Create 120 email briefs
• Write copy for up to 120 emails
• Track tasks for 120 emails in the project management software, Asana per month
• Attend 15 zoom meetings
• Report on monthly email testing and KPI metrics
• Assist with ESP migration
  • Replicate, rebrand, and test 150 transactional templates
  • Set up 10 sub accounts
  • Ramp up to 6 dedicated IPs
  • Set up 20 unsubscribe groups
  • Set up to 100 flows
  • Set up 200 custom personalized variables
  • Replicate and test 10 forms
  • Migrate unsubscribes, global unsubscribes, suppressed, blocked, bounced, spam reports, and invalid emails

Contract length and compensation:

• 90 days, Full-time
• $26 - $86 hourly rate
• Paid monthly, on the 15th of every month
