Role Description

As the Enablement Delivery Specialist, you will execute revenue enablement programs for our EMEA region in Dropbox. In this role, you will partner with sales, channel and customer success to develop & execute sales initiatives, training and collateral for Dropbox’s customer-facing sellers. You will also be responsible for reporting on synergy revenue and progress to goals. As a member of the wider Revenue Enablement team, you will be part of a dynamic team on a mission to onboard, improve and empower Dropbox’s sellers, contributing to Dropbox’s overall success.

Responsibilities

Plan

  • Project management to execute delivery of all revenue enablement programs.
  • Coordinate cross organisational teams to ensure localised execution and throughput.

Lead

  • Collaborate and guide the subject matter experts to deliver impactful enablement programs.

Deliver

  • Execute the programs that support results, efforts, knowledge and skills by anticipating the trends in the business (80% planning vs 20% ad hoc capacity)
  • The Enablement Delivery Specialist will execute the delivery of the engagement plan.
  • Support the collection of measurement outcomes and re-align to increase impact.
  • Facilitate, and in some cases deliver, live training & enablement sessions to the sales organization.
  • Support the ongoing rollout of our sales methodology and adoption of same.
  • Support the ongoing enablement content management and governance.

Develop

  • Voice of the field (sales survey) strategy and execution of the communications plan.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure that the organization has access to the latest resources and tools.

Requirements
  • 2 years experience in Sales/Revenue enablement & program management 
  • Excellent coordination & organisational abilities 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Understand the larger context within which a program exists, but be 100% comfortable with rolling up your sleeves, get in the weeds, & do what is needed to make that program successful
  • Demonstrated ability & proven track record at defining and managing project priorities and timelines to achieve results
  • Hands-on content creation experience required, some experience with sales curricula development preferred
  • Ability to command a room (in person & virtual) & deliver content in an engaging & compelling manner
  • Executive presence, & proven ability to establish credibility with senior leadership
  • Understanding of structure & requirements of multi product outbound sales & channel organisations
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Fuse LMS, Highspot enablement platform a huge plus
