Enablement Program Manager, Flow

We are looking for an Enablement Program Manager for Pluralsight Flow who's primary responsibility is to produce, develop, and implement comprehensive enablement programs that support the success and efficiency of sales and customer-facing teams. The bulk of this role is made up of recommending, building and delivering content around foundational concepts and our Flow product. As the product, positioning, and market are continually growing, this is an ongoing, ever evolving job!
Who You Are

- Product expert who is experienced in teaching go-to-market teams how to sell a technical product.
- Able to learn the ins and outs of the Flow product in order to be a liaison and easily communicate with technical teams and internal reps.
- You can clearly articulate sophisticated ideas and information in a concise and consolidated way.
- A strategist as an enablement professional driving skills development innovations, sales optimization and excellence.
- You have the confidence and experience to engage in the design, build out and delivery of enablement sessions, workshops or kickoffs.
- Someone who knows how to collaborate with VP and Directors of Sales to drive enablement programs impacting their business.
- You deliver regular dashboards and metrics showing impact and progression of enablement programs.
What You'll Own
- Producing relevant and engaging content around our Flow product.
- Collaborating with various teams including sales leaders, Product and Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams, to identify training needs and build learning resources.
- Organization of our annual sale kick-off event for the Flow Business Unit. You will act as a project manager over the content producers.
- Build and deliver enablement and enablement assets related to sales practices such as territory, account, opportunity planning, deal reviews, QBR formats and recommend approaches to optimize sales execution.
- Develop & deliver enablement programs related to product, sales plays, and sales skills for the Flow product line.
- Align to the sales leaders and reps to gain and discover new needs for enablement and keep all sales teams up to date on enablement initiatives.
- Build metrics around enablement impact for the programs delivered.
- Closely work with segment/geo sales coaches and sales leadership to implement processes and drive governance.
- Support onboarding efforts for new hires for sales tracks and help deliver improved onboarding and ramp.
- Deliver sales methodology workshops and other customer centric sales programs globally.
Experience You'll Need
- Has been in tech Sales and or tech Sales Enablement roles for 4+ years.
- Has experience with sales processes and methodologies and has implemented them in previous roles to drive adoption.
- Excellent proficiency of successful approaches to conduct prospecting, running sales cycle, and closing deals in a multi-product environment
- Possesses outstanding leadership to drive outcomes for enablement by working with cross-functional teams.
- Has a strong experience and/or understanding of developing and crafting enablement programs and assets including plays and playbooks with a current learner centric approach.
- Strong in presentations and interpersonal communications
