This approach extends to cooperation among our three affiliate companies — Homeward, Homeward Mortgage and Homeward Title — and produces  a more integrated homebuying experience.

We’re looking for a Senior Encompass Administrator who can quickly learn and engage with mission critical systems used by our mortgage team. Duties will include administering Encompass and Blend, managing users and permissions, and responding to internal inquiries. Demonstrated familiarity with other real estate software can substitute for experience with our particular software suites. This opportunity requires a professional who is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and solutions-based approach.

• Work within our technical team to help build sustainable solutions to business problems and deliver features to end users and internal clients.
• Design modifications to the technical architecture for our LOS to enable hyper scalability
• Work on developing new and refining existing integrations to the LOS
• Work closely and collaboratively with other analysts and leaders of our mortgage team.
• Drive user success across designated tools. 
• Configure new functionality like business rules, templates, profiles, roles, and personas.
• Continually seek to configure optimizations of our tools/systems to drive efficient operations across the organization.
• Build and maintain a ‘How-To’ catalog of Homeward's use of these tools to drive self-service and scalability.

• 6+ years of administration experience with Encompass.
• 3+ years of experience in JSON and an object-oriented programming language, such as C# or .NET
• Experience and past success communicating technical terminology and information in layman’s terms. 
• You have a proven track record of learning new technologies and skills to fulfill the needs of the business.
• You’re great at uncovering and understanding internal user needs, and you have experience building solutions and training to meet them.
• You’re collaborative and open to feedback. You’re great at working as part of a team and love getting input on priorities and user needs.

• Compensation range: $115,000 - $130,000
