CereCore is seeking an End User Support Analyst to join our team. This individual will work remote at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare .

This role has the potential to convert to FTE for the right candidate.

CereCore is seeking an End User Support Analyst to join our team. This individual will work remote at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare .

Job Responsibilites:
- Completing Physician/Facility Adds and Updates - Entering/Updating data from ticketing system request into HomeCare HomeBase application
- Making updates in HomeCare HomeBase to patient data based on requests through ticketing system
- Processing Mobile Device orders received in ticketing system - emailing mobile vendor information, using standard templates, from ticket to complete setups.
- Reaching out to agency workers via email, webex or phone to clarify or confirm information from ticket request.
- Other projects as assigned that would be related to data entry or basic administrative tasks.
- Strong customer service skills are required
