This position is full-time and Remote within the United States.

As an Engagement Manager, you will be part of our Professional Services team. The Professional Services team is a critical part of our overall go-to-market strategy and takes the lead in delivering expertise to all of our most important customers. You might say it's a little bit of Professional Services and Customer Success all in one role so it does include a fair amount of non-billable work. The primary purpose for our professional services team is to make our customers successful.

You will be working on:

    • Consult with customers to understand issues and solve problems with expert advice or delivery of projects and programs.
    • Deliver Projects that you expertly scope and project manage to a successful conclusion. 
    • Manage Programs that allow HackerRank to stay engaged with customers for extended engagements in support of customer retention or ongoing managed services.
    • Collaborate with and lead teams in support of customer projects and programs.
    • Ownership and accountability in delivering Customer Delight throughout all phases of the customer journey
    • Belong to an amazing team that values what you do.

We are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience of hands-on delivery in a SaaS environment.
  • You enjoy taking a consultative approach, being the industry and product expert.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail and familiarity with project management practices.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on schedule.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively explain concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Expertise in establishing project governance and maintaining peer relationships with customer executives.
  • Capability to deal with ambiguity, uncertainty, and the ability to shift gears gracefully.

  • Working knowledge of human resources, talent acquisition, or learning & development.

We offer a comprehensive total rewards package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. 

Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, quarterly performance incentives, equity (stock options), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, travel insurance, monthly work-from-home stipend, learning and development reimbursements, flexible remote-first work culture, 401(K), flexible time off, generous parental leave and more. Under our flexible paid time off policy, you’ll decide how much time you need based on your circumstances.

Current base salary range: $115,000 to $125,000.  The exact salary may vary based on skills, experience, location, market ranges, and other compensation offered. The salary range does not include other compensation components, commission (for sales-related roles), bonuses, or benefits that you may be eligible for. Salary may be adjusted based on business needs.
