We are looking for an Engagement Marketing Manager within the Product Marketing team to build new approaches to engaging members across experiences, with a special focus on our CRM and member engagement channels (e-mail, push messaging, in-app messaging). This is a global role that has an impact on all markets in which WeightWatchers is present.

You will partner closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Technology, CRM, and Analytics teams to understand our members, and with this knowledge, you'll help operationalize our strategy to activate and engage members across the lifecycle.

What you will do
We are one WW team focused on deeply understanding our members. You will partner closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Technology, CRM, and Analytics teams to understand our members, and with this knowledge, you'll help operationalize our strategy to activate and engage members across the lifecycle.
In this role you will:
- Create global lifecycle marketing campaigns and journeys together with cross-functional partners
- Enable go-to-market for product and feature launches across our member engagement channels and across all markets
- Own global e-mail communications with our members and continually develop the channel
- Roll out our approach to rapid test + learn in our member engagement channels
- Collaborate within Product Marketing to drive continual member engagement
- Proactively identify and execute opportunities to drive increased engagement with new and existing members
- Partner with Marketing, Marketing Technology and CRM to continually optimize our member engagement formats
Who you are
- 3+ years working in CRM, engagement marketing, lifecycle marketing, product marketing or related roles
- Expertise in customer engagement platforms/CRM software (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Solid experience in A/B testing and channel optimization
- A knack for creation and the ability to work closely with copy and design teams
- Able to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with a curiosity for numbers
- A passion for wellness
- BA/BS degree required
- English language fluency - proficiency in French, German, Dutch or Swedish a plus
