This is a entry level, virtual / work-from-home / remote opportunity available anywhere in the U.S., with Illinois or Wisconsin preferred. The position will be required to travel to our Lincolnshire, IL office on occasion. #LI-Remote

Consumer Experience Analyst- Entry Level-Work from home/Virtual/US

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in external and internal data requirements discussions
• Understand a client's functional requirements
• Work with the Lead Systems Analysts and the Project Manager to clarify requirements.
• Work with web and print developers on data configuration
• Design, update, and deliver unit, integration, regression, and acceptance test plans based on configuration completed in the system.
• Execute test plans and record results.
• Create and maintain internal and external data layout requirements
• Request and verify electronic file transmissions
• Support client acceptance testing
• Provide data and testing status to Lead Systems Analyst
• Assist with the deployment (or migration) of new system updates into the production environment.
• Support production environment (defects and trends) and execute resolution.
• Ability to perform strong debugging and problem solving
• Suggest, create, and refine automated solutions to drive improvement
• Create and update standard operating procedures
• Overall quality, on-time delivery, and accuracy of web, print, and related services

Preferred Experience:

• Data and testing experience on digital and/or print platforms
• Working knowledge of employee benefits including compensation, equity, health and welfare, 401k, and pension
• Working knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle
• Working knowledge of data layouts
• Working knowledge of JIRA or equivalent defect management tool

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (with preferred concentrations in Math, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, MIS) or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $41,900.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $86,600.00/year (for full-time employees).
