Job Overview

Be part of Thermo Fisher Scientific's Field Service team as an Engineer III. Work remotely, covering Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Provide outstanding customer support with a company car provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding field service support for our customers in Hospitals and Private Laboratories.
  • Perform maintenance, repair and installation activities on daily basis.
  • Use company Protocols and communication platforms to update team on daily basis.
  • Adhere to QMS and follow process and procedures accurately.
  • Remain up to date with trainings and meet work completion targets.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to determine their needs and communicate to Internal teams.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
  • Apply strong communication skills to offer clear and concise technical support.
  • Manage flexible work schedules to accommodate customer availability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years field service experience.
  • Background in electronics or biomedical engineering.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to work around customer availability.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
