The opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Platforms Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. This role focuses on planning and implementing a framework to ensure error-free IT systems, including hardware, software, and data. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all information systems products and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements. This includes planning and implementing programs, ensuring adequate product testing prior to implementation, devising improvements to current processes and procedures, and developing models of possible future configurations. You will work with a dynamic team, manage large projects, and can coach and mentor lower-level professionals.

How you'll make an impact

  • Manage large projects or processes with limited oversight from the manager
  • Plan and implement programs to ensure all information systems products and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements
  • Ensure adequate product testing prior to implementation
  • Devise improvements to current processes and procedures
  • Develop models of possible future configurations
  • Administer problem management processes, including monitoring and reporting on problem resolution
  • Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements
  • Make recommendations regarding the acquisition and/or implementation of software to increase information systems efficiency

Your background

  • At least 5 years of experience in software quality management
  • Demonstrated experience in project, team, and change management leadership
  • Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in geographically dispersed teams
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline for quality management
  • Preferred experience with the auditing process
  • Collaboration with customers and delivery teams
  • Willingness to travel (around 30%; domestic and international)
  • Fluent spoken and written English
