This role provides a high-impact opportunity to drive enterprise-level growth within the government and utilities sector. The Enterprise Account Director will be responsible for leading complex, consultative sales cycles, securing new clients, and expanding strategic partnerships. This position requires a proactive, results-driven professional who excels at pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and aligning customer expectations through signing and implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, enhance market penetration, and ensure long-term revenue growth. Leveraging AI-enabled sales tools and a consultative approach, you will influence enterprise-level decision-makers while maintaining high standards of integrity and customer focus. Accountabilities:

  • Drive new business growth by securing enterprise clients and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles with complex, enterprise-level prospects in government and utility sectors.
  • Manage pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and account development strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Partner Managers, to align expectations from signing through go-live.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, enhancing market penetration and long-term revenue expansion.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to optimize account research, outreach, and deal execution while maintaining strong data hygiene.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to supporting sales teams, contributing to overall organizational success.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 8–10 years of enterprise-level sales experience in software or technology, with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proven success in complex, long-cycle enterprise deals, ideally within government or utilities.
  • Strong knowledge of pipeline management, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales enablement tools (e.g., Gong).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior executives.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to ethical business practices and team success.
  • Preferred: formal training in value-based selling methodologies.
