We are seeking a driven and strategic Enterprise Account Executive to lead new business development and expand key customer relationships across enterprise accounts. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for identifying opportunities, delivering consultative solutions, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, marketing, and partners, to craft compelling proposals and execute account strategies. Success in this role requires a proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complex buying processes. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your territory, targeting enterprise accounts to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and position tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Representatives and partners to uncover new opportunities and drive co-sell initiatives.
  • Qualify and manage opportunities using MEDDPICC methodology, leading contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Work closely with sales engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts to inform account strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, provide regular updates on pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of enterprise software or technology sales experience, with a focus on new business development.
  • Proven success in SaaS sales, consistently achieving or exceeding quota (top 10% performers preferred).
  • Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and strategic account management skills.
  • Experience leveraging Business Development Representatives and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar account qualification methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in content management, MACH stack technologies, or composable DXP platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and support account initiatives.
