Role Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join an existing team to continue to grow our Case Management Enterprise sales. Our Case Management products generate millions of dollars in annual recurring revenue (ARR) today and have the potential to grow to hundreds of millions in ARR. Our Case Management products power community-based organizations and help them track and measure their impact across communities, programs, and people - all to drive better outcomes.

Bonterra is looking for a well-rounded business leader with these skills.
Role Description:
  • Reporting directly to the Sr VP of Sales, you will be responsible for sales to a designated territory, and carry a new business ARR target
  • Creating self-generated opportunities is a key component of this role
  • Collaborate internally to develop effective sales strategies & execute
  • Work closely with Product and other teams to convey customer expectations and requirements
  • Be a positive contributor to "the team" to maximize Bonterra's short- and long-term revenue targets

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar Enterprise sales roles
  • Experience in building software/SaaS revenue streams in the Enterprise space, leveraging both inbound and outbound demand generation
  • Strong analytical skills to understand trends and buying patterns
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to find creative sales solutions to challenging problems
  • Ambition - desire to excel and grow within the organization, where many opportunities exist for consistent performers
  • Graduate - BS/BA, or higher
