We are hiring a results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive (Sales Manager) to build meaningful relationships and drive new and expansion business. This role will drive Listrak’s success and lead the sales team process through acquiring new premier brands and ecommerce retailers. The successful candidate will establish and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and converting marketing leads. Additionally, you’ll enable existing customers to drive expansion revenue.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll land the top brands leading today's retail industry - like TOMS, Academy Sports, Vineyard Vines, Travis Mathews, MVMT - and help each realize Listrak's single integrated digital marketing platform is all they need to scale and execute their programs, accelerate revenue and grow their business YOY. The Listrak platform is built and innovated in-house and holds a leading industry status for best-in-class service, support, and results.

We are looking for a dynamic business development professional who is engaging, intelligent and has a proven track record of success selling SaaS, MarTech or Digital Marketing. You will receive tremendous support in your effort with resources including an Inside Sales Team, Solutions Consultants, Sales Business Analysts and Strategists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure performance meets or exceeds quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the outcomes and value the Listrak platform delivers and be able to articulate “why” Listrak to prospects as a consultative business partner
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and engage in accurate forecasting and planning on an ongoing basis using Salesforce
  • Conduct meetings and establish key relationships virtually and in-person with decision-makers at the C-suite, VP, and Director level in enterprise and large mid-market retail companies
  • Prepare and engage with key prospects through industry events, organized prospect entertainment events, virtual meetings, and conferences.
  • Work collaboratively and leverage all cross-functional support departments: Inside Sales, Sales Business Analysts, Software Consultants, Product/Engineering, Professional Services, and Client Services

Qualifiers:

  • 3+ years with a proven track record in meeting new business sales quotas
  • Experience selling SaaS, MarTech, or Digital Marketing
  • Proficiency in B2B sales across multiple decision-makers in an organization
  • Proven expertise in the areas of lead development, qualification, negotiation, and closing
  • Strong communication skills, presentation skills, and experience/ability to engage and influence C and VP-level executives
  • Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing competitive environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related. MBA is a plus.
