This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Architect - C#, ETL/Data Warehousing, Third-Party Integrations based in United States.

This Enterprise Architect role offers the opportunity to shape the long-term technology vision of a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on transforming how adults access and experience care. You will design and guide enterprise-scale architecture across critical systems, ensuring seamless integration between applications, data platforms, and third-party services. Operating in a fully remote, U.S.-based environment, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and infrastructure teams to align technical solutions with business goals. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role where you will influence key investment decisions, modernize architecture standards, and reduce system complexity at scale. You will also play a mentoring role, elevating architectural maturity across teams while driving innovation in healthcare technology. Your work will directly support improved patient outcomes through more connected, intelligent, and scalable digital systems.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead enterprise architecture strategy across core business domains, ensuring alignment between technology, product, and organizational objectives.
  • Design and oversee scalable solution architectures covering software systems, APIs, ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and third-party integrations.
  • Provide architectural leadership and guidance to product, engineering, data, and infrastructure teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and system risks to support strategic investment and modernization decisions.
  • Define, document, and maintain enterprise architecture standards, principles, and design patterns.
  • Support the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives by ensuring consistency, scalability, and technical integrity.
  • Mentor and guide technical teams to strengthen architectural practices and enterprise-wide alignment.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture within large-scale, enterprise-grade environments.
    • Strong hands-on experience with C# in a Microsoft-based technology ecosystem.
    • Proven expertise in system integration, API design, and third-party platforms such as Workday and/or Salesforce.
    • Recent experience with ETL processes and data warehousing solutions.
    • Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
    • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts across diverse stakeholders, including engineering, data, and infrastructure teams.
    • Experience leading architectural decisions across multiple concurrent systems or product lines.
    • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to balance technical constraints, business priorities, and long-term scalability.
    • Benefits:

      • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
      • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
      • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.
      • Paid maternity and paternity leave programs.
      • Tuition reimbursement and ongoing professional development support.
      • Childcare assistance and employee support programs.
      • Commuter benefits and additional workplace assistance resources.
      • Fully remote work within the United States.
