Enterprise Sales Manager
SamCart is looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our VIP Team and manage our highest processing clients. This person will mentor a team to build strong relationships with their VIP customer portfolios to increase customer loyalty and provide an excellent all-round experience. We’re looking for someone who understands and has experience with a high transaction and fast sales cycle business. This is a customer facing environment that requires a good understanding of VIP service and a genuine passion for eCommerce and digital creators.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise account engagement and implement a proven methodology and process for maximizing sales success.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success and Client Services teams to ensure White Glove post-sale customer success
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to tactically expand in accounts crucial for the long-term growth of SamCart
- Brainstorm and execute out-of-the-box marketing campaigns using first principles to deliver, target, and drive direct revenue for the business
- Scale and automate successful campaigns that have shown strong ROI in their experimental phase
- Analyze and optimize on lower-funnel metrics to ensure campaign ROI improves as it scales
- Work on new marketing channels that help Sales expand in Key Strategic Accounts including but not limited to Digital, Email, Webinars, Events, and Direct Mail
- Build strong cross functional partnerships with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Implementation and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of relevant work experience in a SaaS based Start-Up
- Demonstrable management experience of a sales team and clear evidence of your ability to collaborate and manage resources across multiple teams
- Proven track record in business application SaaS sales, having built a career on doing the simple things right and consistently beating your number
- Appreciation and understanding of a high transaction, fast cycle business
- Foundation in enterprise sales, and have a strong appreciation and understanding of the latest sales and marketing methodologies
- Heavy growth, upsell, cross-sell marketing experience strongly preferred
- Substantial quantitative and data analysis skills in order to drive revenue
- Self-starter approach, willing to have full-ownership of projects from day one
- Clarity of thought — able to explain and engage with any audience on the Why and How
