Env Ops Building Efficiency Lead

Overall Responsibilities:

• Desirable to have a comprehensive understanding of mechanical/electrical building infrastructure.
• Can demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of how you should monitor and address a building’s energy efficiency and measures that can be taken to improve them,
• Oversee and advise on technical issues related to smart meter installations and network integration and troubleshoot, including selection of components.
• Proficient at reading schematic drawings related to electrical infrastructure and approving meter infrastructure design.
• Interface with local workplace and CIO contacts to ensure implementation.
• A good communicator both written/spoken, interface with various departments in each MU  CIO/workplace/business leads.
• Represent and push energy efficiency and sustainability
• Should be flexible to accommodate various time zones
