We work with a variety of organizations across multiple verticals to scale their business through NetSuite Solutions -from licensing & implementation to ongoing customization & consultation. We're also the proud SDN-certified developer of Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB), the go-to NetSuite billing solution for managing complex billing and revenue recognition needs directly in NetSuite.

Responsibilities for this position will include:

• Analyzes and strategizes in regard to client's business goals, budgets, schedules, and deadlines
• Act as lead communicator to internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, resolutions, and prioritization
• Establish project plans, change management approach; manage and communicate project progress; ensure achievement of project milestones
• Ensure project tasks are executed and reviewed within the predefined scope
• Guide the delivery of projects through proactive communication and scheduling where possible with efficient issue resolution
• Liaison with clients on an ongoing basis, to maintain and develop the business relationship, ensure satisfaction with services provided, and identify opportunities for further growth
• Coordinates the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documentation as needed to enable a successful implementation
• Support and manages multiple, concurrent projects to quality, on time and on- budget implementations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ Years' of experience in a NetSuite or Project Management related position
• Knowledge of general finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay cycles is a plus
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management, and prioritization skills
• Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle with changing priorities
• Ambition to learn and continue to grow
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
