Job Description

• Develop and drive global change management strategies, plans, and actions (e.g., content, training programming, engagement, social media) to communicate Accenture’s ESG actions and progress, and drive awareness and adoption of the ESG Ops CoE
• Develop tactical content and solutions about ESG for account teams.  Drive adoption through social media (Viva)
• Measure impact of the ESG Ops CoE on account teams as the represent Accenture as a responsible supplier in sales pursuits.    
• Engage senior leaders across the business and corporate functions including Corp S&S, Corporate Citizenship, Controllership, Legal, M+C, and Sustainability Services.  

**Environment Mgmt & Sustainability, Consultant or Sr. Analyst**

Job Description

• Drive global change management strategies, plans, and actions (e.g., content, training programming, engagement) to communicate Accenture’s environment actions and progress, centered around internal environmental sustainability initiatives  
• Translate global commitments/priorities surrounding internal environmental activity to the local level in the form of local commitments and priorities, initiatives, desirable behaviors, and required change.

**ESG Operations CoE Petitions Consultant**

Job Description

• Assess and facilitate resolution of requests for participation in an ESG related membership, pledge, commitment, etc. raised by a corporate function or client account team.
• Assess participation against risk, and engage senior leaders across corporate functions including Corp S&S, Corporate Citizenship, Controllership, Legal, M+C, and Records Retention.  
• Provide recommendation to senior leaders
• Identify and drive improvements to the power-apps based solution and dashboard
