ETL Developer

We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer with expertise in Azure Data Factory to join our team and work with one of our prestigious banking clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL processes, data integration, and experience with Microsoft’s Azure platform. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric would be an added advantage. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Azure Data Factory to integrate and transform data across various platforms.
• Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to understand data requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Optimize ETL pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the ETL process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
• Document ETL processes, data flows, and technical specifications.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data integration and ETL processes.

What will it take to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ETL development with a focus on Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and relational databases.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with banking or financial services environments is an asset.
