ABOUT THE POSITION

Although we're an apparel and footwear-focused company, technology is central to everything we do. Columbia Sportswear's Digital Technology (CDT) group enables an IT infrastructure across four global brands, a global supply chain, and 500+ geographically dispersed stores. These teams support in-store, mobile, and data platforms to enhance customer interface and service in an ever-evolving industry.

The EUC Team runs a fully modern managed environment, managing work through both ITSM and Agile methodologies. Our "secret sauce" is the outstanding customer service background and ongoing focus of our team members, who always strive for the best endpoint experience possible.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Lead projects to implement or enhance client endpoints and related systems
• Identify patterns and areas for improvement in assigned areas by applying scripting, automation, or application packaging and deployment methodologies
• Provide training around client endpoint solutions to teammates and other engineering and support teams
• Provide insightful projections and recommendations for client performance, security and stability
• Represent the team and share information in project meetings relating to the client endpoints.
• Manage Microsoft Intune and Azure AD joined devices, users, groups and policies
• Implement solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Define and manage pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Build and deploy bullet proof methods to provision client endpoints (laptops, mobile, virtual, retail POS)
• Measure and report on client health and security KPI, particularly after the deployment of a new or updated technology package
• Engineer every solution with simplicity, security, reliability, adaptability, manageability, and customer experience in mind
• Resolve complex client engineering problems in a team environment
• Continuously improve; enhance repeatable processes
• Participate in an on-call rotation

YOU HAVE

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology related field
• 5+ years of client endpoint engineering
• 3+ years of Microsoft tools administration/engineering experience
• 3+ years scripting and task automation (preferably PowerShell)
• Up-to-date experience with client management tools (Microsoft Intune, AAD, Jamf, etc)
