This role provides a dynamic opportunity to lead and execute end-to-end event strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. You will manage both in-person and virtual events, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure every event reflects the brand and delivers measurable impact. The position involves strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership to identify high-value opportunities and maximize event ROI. You will be responsible for analyzing lead generation and revenue attribution, ensuring events contribute meaningfully to pipeline and expansion goals. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can balance multiple priorities and communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders. With a blend of creativity, technical skills, and business acumen, you’ll help elevate the organization’s event presence and influence.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Coordinate all aspects of events, including planning, logistics, vendor management, and post-event analysis for both internal and external events
  • Collaborate with Corporate and Product Marketing to ensure consistent branding across all event materials and booth designs
  • Identify new event opportunities and manage relationships with vendors, including fee negotiation and performance evaluation
  • Track and report on event ROI, lead generation effectiveness, and revenue attribution
  • Represent the organization professionally to vendors, customers, prospects, and internal teams
  • Support internal corporate events aimed at engaging globally dispersed teams
  • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of event management or marketing project management experience
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with influence across teams
    • Experience with B2B sales funnels, understanding lead generation, metrics, and performance reporting
    • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to understand and pull API data for event tracking and analytics
    • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented with a “get-it-done” attitude
