Events Intern

The Basics:

The Event Team Intern is responsible for supporting the Global Events Team logistically in the execution of our 3rd party events, webinars and annual user conference, Converge.

What you’ll do:

• Converge Program Communications
  • Assist with building the social media plan and draft posts
  • Assist with building promotional plan, including drafting both external communications to our target audience and internal communications
  • Assist with content creation for event website and other assets
• Converge Quality Assurance: test and proofread all assets including websites, data lists and communications
• Converge Salesforce Support:
  • Manage Converge registration Salesforce cleanup
  • Assist with Converge prospect reporting
• Converge SWAG Program:
  • research all creative ideas
  • create proposals for leadership approval
• Support the team in 3rd Party Event pre-planning logistics needs
• Support the team in Webinar pre-planning logistics needs

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future
• Available to work full-time from June 12, 2023 to August 18, 2023 
• A currently enrolled undergraduate student with a competitive GPA
• Graduating Spring 2024 or Fall 2023
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Who can show professionalism when working with vendors on event logistics
• With strong writing and organization skills, and ability to maintain an exceptional attention to detail in hands-on execution
• Strong creative drive, willingness to learn and is passionate about marketing
• Who is working toward or has a BA or BS in marketing, communications, advertising or related field
