As EVP, Client Service you will…

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Deliver profitable growth of the Specialized Life Sciences Practice by setting business strategies, providing motivational leadership and managing the day-to-day operations.
  • Lead MERGE's Specialized Life Sciences practice area which spans across oncology, cardiology, immunology, rare disease and more.  
  • Member of Senior Leadership Team.  Represent the Specialized Life Sciences services practice area at EXCO and BOD meetings as needed.
  • Drive top line growth through expanding existing client opportunities and new business.
  • Cultivate long-term, top-level client relationships on key accounts.
  • Ensure relevance of service offerings and quality of output for each function.
  • Manage Specialized Life Sciences operations to provide clients with a balance of reliable quality of delivery, speed of delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Manage Specialized Life Sciences P&L including accurate forecasting, cost control and investments.
  • Attract, retain, develop and recognize high impact talents. Ensure general staffing needs are met.
  • Shape the values and culture of the Specialized Life Sciences practice area in harmony with Merge overall.
  • Continuously improve the go-to-market story and promote a favorable public image of the company among the Life Sciences community.

These are the qualifications we are looking for

  • 20+ years of marketing, consulting or ad agency experience with 10+ years of concentrated focus in the Life Sciences industry
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a large multinational and/or global account with revenue of at least $25M
  • Oncology vertical expertise preferred .
  • Experienced at creating "stories around the molecules" for major marketing launches.
  • Commercially oriented and a track record of growing large accounts.
  • A magnetic and strategic industry leader with a highly visible profile. 
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with c-level executives.
  • “Brand to Demand” marketing skills with success at integrating creative, non personal promotion, marketing operations technology and media.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar, MBA preferred

Compensation: $260,000.00 - $300,000.00

Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training and experience. MERGE’s career ladders reflect department growth from Associate through Partner levels, with details of roles and responsibilities associated with each level. New hires are assigned a job level within a particular position based on these criteria and salary is set within the job level based on these criteria. Growth from one level to the next occurs when employees master their role, and are promoted into the next level, generally during salary review cycles which are posted in the employee handbook.
