Anaplan is looking for a tenacious Executive Assistant to join one of the fastest-growing cloud vendors and make your mark on the industry. This role will report to the General Counsel and support the activities of our Legal organization. The Executive Assistant will join a team of individuals who respect diverse perspectives, aren’t afraid to push boundaries and try new ideas, and are passionate about helping our customers and each other succeed. The Executive Assistant is a critically important role, enabling the Legal organization to work most effectively with internal and external collaborators and fulfill commitments. This is a highly strategic role that requires a combination of focus, flexibility, and maturity. This role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong professionalism, presentation, self-motivation, verbal/written communication, and analytical skills. Most of all we are looking for someone with a great attitude, high energy, and an extremely high work ethic.
Your Impact
- Planning and managing the calendar & travel;
- Scheduling cost-effective air/hotel/ground transportation. Create detailed travel itineraries;
- Managing and submitting expenses;
- Coordinating closely with other cross-functional departments, and other senior executives' Executive Assistants within Anaplan.
- Willingness to accept new challenges, such as assisting with the implementation of IT support systems for Legal
Your Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you have the following skills:
- Minimum of 15 years of related business experience supporting an executive, preferably in a SaaS organization;
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company;
- Bachelor's degree;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Effective at preparing documents/presentations, presenting and communicating meaningful insights and recommendations;
- Event planning, expense report, and calendar management experience;
- Ability to multitask, complete items, and be flexible based on constantly evolving deadlines;
- Excellent writing, speaking, and grammar skills.
Please note: This position will need to be East Coast or Central Time zone based.
