We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior management team. This role requires excellent customer service skills, superior scheduling capabilities, and familiarity with CRM systems.
The successful candidate will be meticulously detail-oriented and have strong time management skills. As the primary point of contact for our executive team, you'll need to be a proactive communicator who can resolve issues before they escalate and keep all parties informed.
A sound understanding of financial concepts will be beneficial in assisting with budget preparation and expense management. Experience with social media platforms will be viewed favorably, as there may be occasions where you will need to manage corporate social media accounts or monitor online presence. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior management
- Manage complex scheduling and travel arrangements
- Leverage CRM systems to manage contacts and client relationships
- Facilitate clear communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Proficiency in scheduling and CRM software
- Excellent time management skills and detail-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Experience with social media platforms and Microsoft 365 is a plus
- Basic financial knowledge is a plus
