About the role
Angi is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities, possess exceptional communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is hybrid, requiring regular in-office presence in our NYC office to facilitate effective collaboration and support to the executive team.
What you’ll do
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming communications & meetings for senior executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate and execute special projects, events, and initiatives on behalf of the executive team.
- Assist in the preparation of agendas, materials, and logistics for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Liaise with internal departments, like the executive assistant team, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes and initiatives.
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support, including file management, office supply procurement, and other ad hoc tasks as required.
Who you are
- 4+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Google & Microsoft Office Suite (Gmail, GCalendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges $70,000 - $105,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.Â
- This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.Â
