Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Supporting two SVP's (SVP, GM Coupa Pay and SVP, Strategic Industries & Direct Materials)
• Coordinate and own heavy calendar that is ever-changing
• Develop and create practices and procedures for handling a busy executive
• Manage global travel schedules, review and process contracts and expenses, and maintain confidentiality
• Take on one-off projects as needed (we’re a hyper-growth company -- projects like this are likely to occur frequently)
• Able to triage and prioritize situations
• Likes a challenge and thrives in a fast pace environment

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of EA administrative support experience
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong mail and calendaring skills (Gmail and Gcal experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Google Apps, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, efficient organizational skills, and the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice; start-up experience is a plus
• Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to work enthusiastically across organizations and with diverse personalities
