  • Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies aligned with corporate growth goals and market priorities.
  • Oversee performance planning processes including forecasts, business plans, incentive programs, and operational resource allocation.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with major health systems, practice networks, and group purchasing organizations to expand access and utilization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, training, market access, and operations to optimize commercial performance.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to recommend strategic actions and market responses.
  • Foster a culture centered on accountability, engagement, ethical conduct, and patient-focused results.
  • Manage regional budgets, external vendors, and organizational resources efficiently and responsibly.
  • Represent the voice of customers internally and contribute to broader commercial leadership initiatives.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree such as MBA, PharmD, or PhD preferred.
    • Approximately 20+ years of experience within the biopharmaceutical industry.
    • Proven success leading regional sales organizations with multiple layers of leadership responsibility.
    • Strong background in oncology commercialization, including product launch experience.
    • Experience launching oral oncology therapies highly preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales teams in emerging or growth-stage biotech environments.
    • Prior exposure to marketing leadership and cross-functional commercial strategy development.
    • Strong knowledge of oncology market dynamics, healthcare systems, distribution channels, and access models.
    • Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
    • Experience in NSCLC and/or GI oncology markets is strongly preferred.
    • Benefits:

      • Base salary range of $287,000 - $316,000 USD.
      • Eligibility for performance-based bonus and/or commission opportunities.
      • Competitive equity awards as part of total compensation.
      • Comprehensive healthcare and wellness benefits.
      • Remote work flexibility with leadership-level autonomy.
      • Significant learning, development, and career growth opportunities.
      • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in cutting-edge oncology innovation.
