This role is a high-impact, strategic support position designed to amplify executive effectiveness within a fast-paced, globally distributed organization. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring seamless execution of priorities through expert calendar management, operational coordination, and cross-functional alignment. You will play a key role in enabling leadership teams to focus on strategic initiatives by managing complexity, anticipating needs, and removing operational friction. This position also serves as a central coordination point between executives, their teams, and broader administrative partners. Accountabilities:
- Partner closely with senior executives to manage priorities, optimize schedules, and resolve competing demands across complex calendars.
- Make independent decisions on meeting requests and time allocation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including logistics, accommodations, and related planning activities.
- Organize executive communications, including agendas, presentations, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
- Act as a liaison between executives and their direct reports to ensure alignment, accountability, and smooth execution of initiatives.
- Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, team events, offsites, and cross-functional gatherings.
- Collaborate with other Executive Business Partners to maintain consistent operational rhythms across the organization.
- Conduct research, prepare materials, and support data-driven decision-making for executive initiatives.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions in dynamic situations.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel logistics.
- Ability to plan and support virtual, hybrid, and in-person leadership meetings and events.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and clarity.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as G-Suite, Zoom, and Slack.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Strong relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams and leadership levels.
- Experience in high-tech or fast-growing organizations is a plus.
