Experienced Appliance & Hvac Repair Technician Need!

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Appliance & HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of appliances as well as HVAC systems. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining professionalism at all times. Responsibilities • Diagnose, repair, and maintain household appliances and HVAC systems. • Service various appliance brands and models with efficiency and accuracy. • Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting using appropriate tools (e.g., multimeters, gauges, diagnostic software). • Follow safety protocols when working with electrical, mechanical, and gas systems. • Provide clear explanations of repair needs and costs to customers. • Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and documentation. • Ensure prompt and courteous service while building long-term customer trust. • Be available for on-call shifts and emergency repair services as needed. Requirements • Experience: Minimum 2 years in appliance repair, HVAC, or a related trade (electrical/mechanical). • Tools & Vehicle: Must have own van/truck and necessary tools. • Licenses & Certifications: • Valid EPA certification for handling refrigerants (required). • HVAC and Electrical licenses (required). • State/local appliance repair certifications (as applicable). • Technical Skills: • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing appliances and HVAC systems. • Familiarity with appliance diagnostic software and tools. • Customer Service: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms. • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude • Physical Demands: • Ability to lift and move appliances up to 50 lbs. • Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, and working in tight spaces • Other Requirements: • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Ability to pass a background check. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Ability to Relocate: • King County, WA: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: On the road
