We are recruiting a talented Epert to join our Channel Manager & Distribution organization and build our next generation cloud native Channel Manager product.

Channel Manager connects tens of thousands of hotels with all the distribution channels. Its goal is to facilitate the distribution of Availability, Rate and Inventory(ARI) and Reservation delivery from 100's of OTAs, GDSs, Wholesalers, Tour Operators, Channel Managers and Meta Partners. Amongst them we of course connect to world known partners like Expedia, Booking.com, Trip.com, Amadeus, Sabre, TravelPort, Agoda,

This component is mission critical with stringent availability and must allow for massive scalability to sustain our future growth ambition.

Part of the Business Analyst team designing and building the Channel Manager. It covers:

- Business requirements, industry awareness and functional design

- Making sure that our products are delivered according to the customers' requirements and business needs.

- Working closely with product management and customers to understand business needs/requirements and designs appropriate solution

This role includes working with teams across multiple time zones (North America, Europe and Asia)

We are looking for a motivated analyst, autonomous, proactive, willing to face challenges and/or eager to learn how to face them, and also participate to the teamwork, accompanying infrastructure and functional evolutions within Hotel IT.

In this role you'll:

• Drive requirement gathering and understanding, solution definition and review in a close collaboration with the customers, product management and solution teams.
  Review and analyze the business requirements and propose solutions to integrate them in the existing system
• Build and maintain industry knowledge. Carry out the functional walk-through of the product with all concerned stakeholders. Drive forums and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Contribute to pre-sales, high level solution drafting, cost assessment and planning
• Validate the product to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity, perform functional sign off
• Deliver functional specifications and interfaces documentation of the product. Propose, design, document new APIs.

About the ideal candidate:

Education:

• University degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience in Hospitality industry
• Relevant Work Experience:
• 10 years of experience working in the Hospitality, Distribution and Channel Management industry
• Hospitality Industry and business expertise
• Target candidates worked for: Sabre, cloudbeds, expedia, siteminder, booking, derbysoft, agoda, dhisco,

Business Understanding:

• Hospitality Products Skills:• Hospitality Industry and business expertise• Integration of multiple third party channels such as OTAs, GDSs and Metas• Familiar with hospitality standards (OTA/HTNG) and ARI• Central Reservation System (CRS) expertise
