About the position
The Field Marketing Manager, Americas is a key member of the global marketing team reporting directly to the Director, Global Field Marketing. You will build strong partnerships across the organization, energizing stakeholders and collaborating on field activities to maximize marketing investments that build brand awareness and pipeline within enterprise accounts in North and South America.
You will execute the field strategy supporting our sales and channel teams by playing an active role in delivering high value regional programs that are focused on pipeline generation and account expansion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Field Marketing and Enterprise Sales and Channel leaders to deliver programs that contribute to pipeline and opportunity creation, at a rep, team and regional level.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to bring together exciting content for all events.
- Collaborate with the ABM Marketing team in developing account-based marketing programs leveraging events for key markets and enterprise segments.
- Pre-event, at-event, and post-event execution of Keyfactor programs for various event programs such as: CxO events, virtual events, tradeshows, conferences, fireside chats, webinars, ABM programs, and other bespoke experiences.
- Work closely with the business development/inside sales teams to ensure they are enabled and equipped to follow-up and progress leads from field campaigns.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years' experience in B2B marketing roles and a track record of working directly with a sales organization, ideally software/SaaS, preferably in a scale-up/challenger environment.
- Experience delivering successful strategies for creating demand in the field, with and without partners.
- Strong collaboration & negotiation skills, showing ability to influence without ownership, gaining support and trust across the organization to achieve agreed upon business outcomes.
- Excellent and creative communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences, including Sales, customers, prospects and channel partners.
- Outstanding project management skills and the proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in parallel.
- Metrics driven with demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to work strategically and tactically.
- Excels in a quickly changing environment and can prioritize projects and communicate priorities.
- Hands on experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, BrightTALK and Bizzabo or equivalent tools.
- Travel up to 40%
COMPENSATION
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
