Overview 

The Field Marketing specialist leads regional marketing efforts for the hedge fund and commercial asset management (AUM below 20 billion) developing and executing strategies that strengthen brand presence generate qualified demand and support pipeline growth through targeted campaigns events and content. 

In this role you will collaborate closely with Sales Directors and BDR teams to build sector marketing plans deliver high‑impact campaigns and execute high‑quality events. You will also translate value propositions into compelling content experiences and enablement tools tailored to the needs of hedge fund and asset management clients. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Integrated Campaigns: Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing programs working with the broader marketing team including digital email and in-person activations aligned with regional business objectives and client priorities. 

• Content & Messaging: Partner with internal stakeholders to develop thought leadership case studies and tailored collateral that resonate with hedge fund and asset management audiences. 

• Event Strategy & Execution: Plan and manage high-touch events such as roundtables conferences and webinars to deepen client relationships and drive engagement. 

• Performance Analytics: Measure campaign effectiveness analyze KPIs and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing investments and demonstrate ROI. 

• Sales Enablement: Equip business development teams with customized presentations pitch decks and competitive intelligence to accelerate deal cycles in partnership with product marketing. 

• Market Intelligence: Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform positioning and refine go-to-market strategies. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or related discipline. 

• 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing ideally within financial services. 

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms CRM systems and analytics tools. 

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
