We are actively building a structured field marketing and lead-generation division designed to support our long-term growth into full-service renovation and custom home projects. This is not casual canvassing — it is a professionally run operation with clear expectations, performance tracking, and real growth paths.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Canvassing residential neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners

• Introducing Pryme Builds and our services in a professional, friendly way

• Booking qualified appointments for our sales team

• Representing the company with confidence and professionalism

• Working independently while being part of a supportive team

• Tracking activity and results using simple mobile tools

Compensation:

This is a base + commission role with strong earning potential.

• Daily base pay (conditions apply)

• Commission on every verified closed deal

• Monthly performance bonuses

• No cap on commissions

High performers can earn significantly more than typical entry-level roles. This position is designed for people who want to grow into higher-level sales roles over time.

No prior sales experience is required — we provide training. We are happy to consider experienced reps, but this is also a great opportunity for people looking to break into commission-based sales and build a long-term career.
