About the Opportunity
We are looking for driven, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Door 2 Door Sales Representative. In this role, you will meet with homeowners in Edmonton neighborhoods to introduce our solar services, explain the benefits of going solar, and schedule consultation appointments with our solar experts.
As a Solar Sales Representative, your initiative and performance will determine your earning potential. This is a commission and contract-based opportunity with the possibility of extension based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct direct to home outreach in Edmonton neighborhoods and sell our solar services
- Approach homeowners in a friendly, professional manner at their door
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our residential and commercial solar services
- Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments
- Accurately record lead information and daily activity
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on solar energy systems
What You Bring:
- Enthusiastic, driven, and highly motivated to succeed in a sales environment
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people daily
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and upselling skills
- Confidently explain the benefits of our solar services, and professionally handle objections
- Quick learner with excellent product retention ability
- A clean and valid driver’s license
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated
