How you'll add value:
- Lead and direct a Commercial Sales team to identify and develop restaurant customers with 1 to 4 restaurant locations withinassigned city territoriesÂ
- Assist the team develop and execute a sales strategy for their territoriesÂ
- Work with the team when necessary to engage prospects in order to closeÂ
- Maintain weekly reporting and meetings for the teamÂ
- Manage MRR quotas and pipelinesÂ
- Help support full cycle sales executives in prospecting/discovery/demo/negotiation best practices  Â
- Ensure the team tracks weekly/monthly/quarterly goalsÂ
- Establishes individual development and production plans for the teamÂ
- Other duties as assignedÂ
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- 3-5+ years’ experience managing SaaS and restaurant outside sales teams Â
- Outside sales experience in the restaurant industryÂ
- Proficiency and experience in high volume selling with sales transactions and sales cycles less than 30 daysÂ
- Experience developing teams from scratchÂ
- Experience developing and building territories from the ground upÂ
- Demonstrate continual sales success with Mid-Market and SMB level clients in the restaurant industryÂ
- Ability to lead and motivate with a passion for coaching and developing talent Â
- Experience with Salesforce and other sales technologies and best practices for enabling your team  Â
- Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Customer SuccessÂ
- Familiarity with all Microsoft software systems Â
- Excellent written and verbal communicationÂ
- Able to travel up to 15% as needed (national)Â

- This position has a salary range of $115,000-$135,000 + commission. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
