Field Service Engineering Entry Professional

Your responsibilities:

• You will follow the operation specification and production plan, complete the work tasks on time and in quantity.
• You will complete the tasks required by daily management in addition to the general production tasks. For example, 5S, spot inspection of equipment, potential safety inspection, material repair, data recording, etc.
• You will be involved in region responsible and manager respective region projects installation plan, communicate with customers to confirm the service request.
• You will lead to guide installation and resolve problems in equipment installation, commissioning and warranty period and manage service supplier to meet customer`s service request.
• You will provide service to customers in capacitor measurement and maintenance and maintain relationship with site customers, complete customer satisfaction survey.
• You will be involved in other work-related affairs assigned by supervisor.

• You hold a graduation from Junior high school.
• Senior high school/secondary school/technical school graduate is preferred.
• Experience in production, processing or assembly is preferred,
• Hardworking, upbeat, taking initiative, showing leadership, and teamwork.
• Able to work on a shift schedule.
• Good to have Forklift license.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
