Garner is looking for a critical thinker with a high attention to detail to act as our Finance Clerk. As a Finance Clerk, you support the quoting and invoicing processes ensuring that we deliver with high quality to our prospects and clients. The work you perform helps Garner grow to support new and existing clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Gathering quote inputs from Sales stakeholders
- Validating inputs and using them to run and generate quotes for the Pricing Manager
- Ensuring that the quoting SLAs are maintained
- Gathering inputs to run monthly invoicing process
- Generating invoices and supporting the Finance Manager in sending invoices to clients
- Working with the Pricing and Finance Manager to follow up on questions related to quotes and invoices
- Providing feedback to improve processes and systems
- Performing other duties as assigned
Ideal candidate has:
- College degree preferred
- Familiar with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office solutions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize, manage, prioritize, and handle numerous projects/tasks
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal)
- Time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
