The Finance team helps to drive success by providing our business partners and key stakeholders with the operational support, insights and direction essential to growing the business. We're responsible for driving the financial forecast process and providing senior leaders with reporting and analysis on key OKRs and overall performance.

If hired for this position in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $94,125.00 - $156,875.00. The compensation may vary depending on your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include additional incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, plus equity incentives. Yahoo provides industry-leading benefits including healthcare, retirement, company holidays, vacation, sick time, parental leave and an employee assistance program. Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Manage financial planning and annual budgeting process
- Develop financial analysis in support of business decisions
- Act as finance partner to the engineering and product organizations
- Help drive cost initiatives to maximize product profitability
- Ad-hoc analysis for finance and business initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3+ years of financial experience
- Proven track record of advanced analytical skills and financial modeling
- Strong attention to detail, dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large sets of data
