The Workday Finance Operations team balances critical thinking with operational excellence that helps guide and scale team operations to support the company's growth towards $10B of revenue and beyond. About the Role
Workday is seeking a skilled Finance Operations Analyst who wants to make their mark on a growing Finance Operations Team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem solver, thrives in high growth environment and has a strong interest in accounting & finance.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for preparation of Reimbursable Expense invoices.
- Assisting and executing contract administration and system entries for Professional Services and Training.
- Extract, analyze and report on key metrics and create ad-hoc reporting.
- Investigate and resolve billing and professional services contract queries.
- Review customer contracts as relating to reimbursable expenses, training invoices and professional services.
- Issue refunds and adjustments.
- Assist with month end responsibilities.
- Special projects as assigned.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- 1 + years of finance, accounting (or similar) experience
Other Qualifications
- Accounting / Finance or other business degree preferred
- Strong computer skills are necessary, including Excel
- General accounting experience preferred
- Strong analytic, collaborative and problem-solving skills
- Organized, detail oriented and accurate
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter
- Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Professional and fun demeanor
