About the team:
As the Finance lead for Robinhood Gold and Non-Transactional Brokerage Revenue, you will play a key strategic role in linking product decisions with financial outcomes. In addition to supporting our strategic subscription product - Gold - you will also be the key finance partner for Margin, Securities Lending, and Sweeps products within Brokerage.
This manager integral part of the Brokerage finance team, reporting directly into the Director of Brokerage Finance.
What you'll do day-to-day:

• Prepare financial models and analyses to support business cases for determining pricing, driving product adoption, and greenlighting new features.
• Synthesize and distill key financial and business insights for leadership -- analyze results, identify key metrics, assessing risk, and communicate risks & opportunities.
• Develop quarterly financial forecasts and provide ongoing and timely analysis of variances.
• Partner with leaders and other XFN teams to ensure alignment of strategic objectives and team resourcing
• Being a thought leader to improve and simplify processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions to support the next wave of Robinhood's growth.

About you:
The ideal candidate will have proven experiences in past roles influencing business leaders and supporting decision making in rapidly evolving environments. This role requires someone who can navigate ambiguity and interdependence, balance multiple projects, and drive cross-functional projects to completion. This role has regular interaction with senior leadership at Robinhood and therefore requires strong interpersonal communication skills.

• A Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility in financial planning & analysis
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with strong intuition to match; ability to form logical forecasts off of a solid base of assumptions
• Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate & drive projects to completion across complex, matrixed environments
• Ability to influence decisions through effective verbal and written comms, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives
• A passion for metrics, and the business judgment to balance the details while not losing sight of the big picture
• A positive attitude and a great standout colleague. This means a desire to work hard, be creative, stay curious, and maintain a can-do approach.

Bonus points:

• Familiarity with analytical tools (SQL, Looker) and financial reporting software (Anaplan)
• Experience working in with consumer tech products and/or the financial services industry

CO Residents: In Colorado, the base pay for this position ranges from $106000 to $141000. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and participation in Robinhood's equity plan.
